I paid for gas inside and tried to pump it. the pump appeared to be off or not working. I waited and waited. I went back inside and asked the clerk to turn on the pump. he said he could not do that and could not refund my money. so I have no gas to get home and no money. these people are thieves. I will never stop at circle k again.
I am not impressed with your auto-reply. I did call Customer Service and even talked with a supervisor. He told me that there was nothing he could do and offered to contact the store manager to see if I could sleep in my car in the parking lot over night since I now had no gas to drive home and no money to buy gas. Your stores and customer service are the worst. I will never shop at any of them again.

Definitely not a good Circle K location. I have a Sip and Save membership that allows for any fountain drink, coffee, frosty, etc one time a day… except at this location. For some reason they don’t allow you to get XL drinks. You also have to ask for ice… I’m glad this isn’t where I would normally go. We actually left 3 XL drinks sitting on the counter because they wouldn’t honor our sip and save memberships. Don’t go here!!!!

Circle ? k on standclif and wilcrest location PLEASE DON'T BUY DONUTS ? ANYTHING ELSE THAT'S FOOD OPEN WAS BUGS FLYING IN THE DONUTS ? Manager got smart with me a custom when I told her that bugs were flying around where they keep the donuts ? and she said that nothing she can do about it can't satisfied me a custom horrible customer service rude and Highly not recommended to buy Cook food or food that's not in a container package ? HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO GO THERE UNHEALTHY TO SERVE CUSTOMERS FOOD AND FLIES On the food donuts ? NASTY ???

I have been coming here for years and never had any problem with the staff. They all know me by my face. I sometimes pay before getting a Polar Pop, that’s how much trust we have. But the experience today with TY C was horrible. He charged me more even after presenting the coupon upon entering. After charging me more, he refused to do anything and started yelling at me, embarrassing me in-front of other clients. Well then I showed him his value by yelling even louder.I was just checking my credit card transactions and I spend about $450 each month on Gas and other items at this particular location.Message to the owner, I know you hired Ty for cheap but trust me, he is doing more harm and good. The other staff members especially that black lady who always welcome their clients are all awesome. Fire Ty C so your business don’t hurt no more.

Simone need to FIRE the old man (Night shift) he is never around . Always doing something at the back and has hearing issues. I leave just next doors and you have to wait at least 30 mins . If you don’t believe me come try it out ! Something needs to be done.

Website has $2.99 two hotdogs and a drink, inside the store they have 2 different deals $3.00 per 2hotdogs and $3.50 per 2hotdogs, I ask the manager if the $3.00 deal still good he said yes just to ended up charging me$3.50, I don't mind paying the price but please take down your old deals please
