Tonight’s Night shift employee was smoking by the propane on “break” but every time you roll up after midnight he is out there on “break”. He close and opened whenever he feels like. ain’t the first time either.

Cashier just sold a bunch of beer while the door was locked. He let them out and told me and others they were closed. Mind you it was 5:45 on a Thursday.

I paid with three $5 bills totaling $15 for gas, but the cashier claimed I only gave her $11. When I requested that they review the security footage, the manager stated that the tapes were not available at that time, which I found suspicious. He advised me to return later. I urge caution as I have been a loyal customer since 2014 and have never experienced any issues moral of the story make sure you get a receipt period

Tonight’s Night shift employee was smoking by the propane on “break” but every time you roll up after midnight he is out there on “break”. He refused to help the line of customers waiting at the service window so we all left, probably 8 of us.. ain’t the first time either.

I could not believe they had only one person working at midnight on Friday night.
Me and several customers had to wait 20 minutes till that employe finish smoking before helping the customers!!!
VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I am sure they make enough money to add more staff.

They speak very badly to the customer and do not respect the customer. They are very crazy. I am a customer of this store and I always buy from this store and other branches, but I do not recommend this store anymore. They are very crazy. I gave this one star because of this comment, but they don't deserve this one star either

technically open 24h but door is locked at night, can't use the restroom, only order stuff from window I guess. didn't try. had to pee so bad. I'm tired of these. i drive all night and nothing is really open. it might be a good place during the day, who knows

Houston....I regret to inform you that this CIRCLE K Cannot be trusted mainly due to the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and surrounding areas. Please be careful if you bring your kids bc there are homeless people and stragglers that like to loiter and hang around this store. If I had to guess it would be because the owner of this location did not want to pay a security guard to keep them at Bay or run them off. Just recently I have noticed one security guard in the store after 9:00 until they lock the doors completely and force everyone to make purchases through the window.
Bottom line bottom line something must be done about this location considering the fact that it is located on Westheimer not even 10 mi away from one of the most sought-after shopping malls in Houston Texas.
EMPLOYEES : There is a older Asian woman that works the register quite often and she is extremely rude and visibly sick and does not cover her mouth when she coughs. I am not sure who is doing the hiring here but they may need to make some major changes in this department. Enjoy the photos

Its an AOk place but just the dirtiyness it carries today for the bathroom and the floor and the outside and the homeless its just unbearable sorry CIRLCE K PLEASE TAKE YOURE TIME TO UPDATE YOUR STORE AND YOURE EMPLOYEES ANDMAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR CLEANING UP TO PAR EVERYDAY PLEASE DON'T REST UNTILL THE MATTERS OF ALL OF YOURE PROBLEMS ARE ERASED AND FIXED TO A T. But overall friendly atmosphere somewhat great service and GOOD on finding what u want and need for a quick stop. The DRINKS ? are awesome cause they have various varieties of drinks Gr8 thirst stop for anyone looking grab A INEXPENSIVE TASTY DRINK OF YOUR KIND AND THE PASTERIES ARE GOOD NEED THEM TO UPDATE A LITTLE FASTER THOUGH THATS ALL HAVE A BLESSED ONE THANKS TO ALL CIRLCE K WORKERS.

I had my bags stolen out of this store before and when I told them about it. They said they are not responsible for stolen bags. So I tried to take my bag in with me that had my money order in it. So it would not be stolen. The security guard would not let me take my money order in a bag. Even after I told her. I had my bag stolen from that store before.

Lazy staff, literally told me I don’t wanna learn how to change out the flavors in the coke machine. If I don’t learn I never have to do it… shouldnt everyone know how to do it, even I know how to do it from watching. It’s not hard, staff just lazy and doesn’t want to do there job… horrible I opened the bottom where they keep them… they have all the flavors that are out and just refuse to change them for the customer.

This store used to be a good spot to grab things and go but with he change in management it has gone way down in the quality of service. I think the new managers name is Altaf and he refused to provide me with information I requested prior to my purchase. Suffice it to say I will not be visiting this store and it's a shame because I live about 200 feet away. You have lost a customer that came in and bought stuff everyday for the last 5 years. Teri was a good manager and knows me as do the clerks that work there so they know I am a loyal customer. Such a shame!
