Wouldn’t take a torn bill that had more than 50% of the bill. Torn corner. Was told I didn’t know what I was talking about and they couldn’t take it. Attached is the procedure for processing damaged currency.

I came In to on 11/5/22 around 12. I have came to this location many times, and I came into to get my scratch tickets cashed in, while waiting in line, the counter girl howled out we are not cashing in scratch off tickets today, a nice person would have said how can I help, unfortunately we are doing tickets today, but is there something else I can help you with. I wanted to a mega million ticket, but she didn't even give me chance to get too the counter. I really hate going in there, it's not the first time this has happened. I think you need to hire different people that have good customer service and care how they treat customers.

I come to this location everyday. I know mostly everyone that works there. Rajesh is the only person that has an issue with me. I am a regular. I understand about protocol for ID on cigarettes but if you seen my ID about 100 times there is no reason for you to deny sale because I left my ID today. He loses a 20 to 40 dollar sale everytime I go there almost every morning. I know he know me by heart because he argues with me everytime I go there to him. Convenience stores are about making relations with neighborhood customers. I get the same things almost everyday. If you guys keep having him on mornings you will keep losing business. I work at a travel plaza so I know the rules& regulations but his attitude and deminor Is horrible to his regulars like he hates his job. Customer service is hard especially with horrible customers, but losing regulars for your ignorance is strictly negligence on business level. Train him better please, because even the manager and assistant manager never has this issue with me. Put kag on mornings he's way better person.

You either have to pay inside or get a receipt inside. When I purchased snacks inside no receipt was offered. Also no restrooms. Stop down the street. It’s cheaper.

They don’t put receipts in their pumps, making you go inside and wait in long lines during a pandemic bc they can’t keep receipts filled.
