I live right around the corner from this circle k and the asian man employee has insulted me and my boyfriend and is extremenly disrespectful late at night its the only place supposed to be open 24 hrs and he likes to close the store for his break but he will yell at us that its close for the rest of the night and if he does let us in he will cuss at us to be quick mind u i was 7 months pregnant when the first incident happened never have i ever encountered someone so disrespectful and rude worse place to go

Being going here since three (15 now) I was here before they re-branded from VAL-to CIRCIL K always have my favorite candy I love the slushies and most of workers that were highly disliked are gone so even when brand new still fire.

The cashier was incredibly disrespectful. I know it was intentional because she waited until my purchase was complete to be disrespectful and insult me to my face. You don't have to make an extra effort to be nice, but I think you could at least make a small effort to not be so disrespectful. Just don't say anything at all.

Stopped in to grab a few snacks and use the restroom. Restroom was conveniently “broken.” Took my business elsewhere.

Every night after work, I stop by this 24/7 store, but one of the employees consistently decides to “close” it on his own, refusing to serve customers for hours. He’s an older man of Asian descent, wears glasses & drives a dark blue Nissan Kicks (license plate: MGT 9925). I frequent this store often, and this happens every single night.
If working the late-night shift is too much, it would be more appropriate to switch shifts rather than inconveniencing customers by unofficially shutting down the store—especially when it’s only 1 AM CST. This area is safe (I live just three minutes away), so safety isn’t a concern. His behavior makes it difficult for people who need to grab essentials or get gas. He even goes as far as shooing customers away while mumbling under his breath, showing no regard for the inconvenience he’s causing. I truly could understand if he closed to clean or restock but he simply closes that’s just what he wants to do.

This store has really changed, a shame as the location is extremely convenient..they know that I bet and so customers are treated terribly, unless the manager likes you, it seems..newer store just up the street and prices are way better 🤗

Ever since the new store manager has taken over this store has fallen apart! She is horrible (nice person, horrible manager) nothing is ever in stock it’s always filthy and there is never any ice or soda in the soda machine and the list goes on of things that are constantly out of stock. She has had several months to get the hang of thing and she clearly doesn’t know how to run a store of any kind ( also how is she off EVERY SINGLE weekend when that is the busiest times when typically the store manager should be there to set her team and store up for success?) I would like to reach out to a district manager or someone above her but nobody ever seems to know that information?

Need to do better. People stop at gas stations to fuel up, get snacks and use the bathroom. How can an employee say they don't have a bathroom key when a clear restroom sign is visible? That's how you lose business.

I love the ladies that work at the store in the mornings. I'm 52 and lived in this area my whole life. My kids go to the same high school as I did. We have shopped at this location for as long as I can remember. But as long as the " new" manager is at this location we will not be spending one cent in there. She's extremely rude and on such a power trip. She is verbally abusive to the customers and employees. Laws are laws but you card a 66 year old man for vape pods. Common sense is a must. Maybe people don't want you to scan their information. You have signs posted that you card if someone looks under 35 but you card a man that looks 66!! And you are rude about it. I will miss seeing the regular ladies in the morning but we will shop somewhere else. I can't abide absolute rudeness and complete disregard for for common sense. This store has lost generations of business and the owner should know it's the manager's fault.

Of the 3 circle ks that I go to I like this one the least. The staff is not as friendly and as good as the others. Maybe they are more hardened because the area is sketchy. It is not a bad location, just not my favorite

I used to come here every day. But had to stop as there always out of stock of things. The come machine has no ice or as in the last 3 days most of the soda choices are not available. How hard is it.to.refill the soda flavors?
