Karen and Tom Monroe with Cornerstone Home Lending were an essential component of the ease associated with my first time home buying process. They were patient with me as I was learning about the process, and they provided me very valuable feedback about different kinds of lending options and ultimately, they provided excellent recommendation on when to lock in on interest rates. They provided several different financing options to consider, and they were able to accommodate closing almost 10 days earlier than initially anticipated. The whole process was very smooth, and I feel very fortunate to have had a team with so much attention to detail, patience and expertise in the home lending field.
