My granddaughter attends Cornerstone Learning Center. She is one years old and can count, sing songs, talk and sign. She is crazy about the staff. They are a wonderful group of teachers. They love her and she loves them. She is always ready to go to school.

As a first time parent It is very scary to leave your child at a daycare when you have been home with them for months or even years! But when I step foot at CLA I automatically felt welcomed and so informed with my child's daycare , my son has learned soo much since he has enrolled and he loves his teachers we are so grateful for them he has done so much progression with his teachers they are phenomenal and we appreciate them so much even during Hurricane Beryl they were there for my child and other children while others lost electricity I felt so relieved he was able to stay cool during that difficult time, we love our CLA staff ❤️

Great staff with so much heart and caring. It’s great to see my daughter get excited about going to Cornerstone Learning Academy & Childcare. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a their very individual way.

Finding a safe, fun and learning environment for our son was very important. Cornerstone has not disappointed. Director Henry answers all our questions and keeps us abreast of what’s occurring with him. Our son enrolled around 13 months of age and he has thrived so much within the short time he’s attended. He has a steady schedule, his vocabulary is increasing and he’s so independent. I love the app that Cornerstone utilizes that keeps us posted on meals, naps and diaper changes. Also, the occasional pictures are the best to receive through the app. I hope to keep our son with Cornerstone up to school age.

I’m a FTM & I was so nervous when it came time to place my 16 month old daughter into daycare. When I say nervous.. I was nervous and full of anxiety. It was super hard finding a place that enrolled infants under 18 months. My daughter started attending CLA around 13.5-14 months of age. The first few weeks took her some time to get adjusted but now.. my daughter jumps to DeAngela as soon as she see’s her. CLA is really good at respecting my wishes when it comes to her care (ie: acceptable foods) & very communicative. They’ve made me super comfortable with leaving my child with them. I don’t see my daughter withdrawing from the center no time soon. Thank you CLA!

My son started attending this Learning center/daycare center when he was a littleover 1… he is now 4 and still loves loves loves to go to “his school” as he calls it…. As a parent this says a lot about his happiness and growth from toddler to school age. Even when my son went through a stage of temper tantrums they noticed his change( which to me meant they do pay attention to their emotions and know them well) and they didn’t call with a complaint of behavior approach. Better yet their approach was of a concern; how can we help with what we are noticing approach which as a parent-speaks volume of how they nurture these children with different stages of emotions. If I could give them more than a 5 star rating I most definitely would.

This daycare has been caring for my son since he was around 8mths and i dont believe he will be going anywhere else soon. He loves this place. Ms. erica is amazing and the facility is amazing itself. Wish i knew the teachers names to thank them for all they do, but overall a warm and welcoming environment for the children that attend.

The owner and staff are so amazing with the children that attend. This is the best daycare on the Southeast side of Houston. If looking for a daycare please pay them a visit!!!

This daycare "Cornerstone Learning Academy & Childcare" dropped my children and forfeited my NCI because the director DeeDee lied and told them I violated their COVID policy! My son came home THURSDAY with a slight fever, Friday morning me as well as the daycare checked his temperature again and he was PERMITTED to the daycare that day with no issues. Monday at 12:45 I went to get tested because I developed symptoms, the rapid test came back negative but my PCR Test came back positive. This was all done on Monday. My fiancé picked them up from daycare due to my results and they did not return to daycare after I found out my results. The director referred me to speak to my son’s daycare teacher vs her telling this information herself and basically told me since I tested positive FRIDAY and brought them to school that Monday I violated! I have my paperwork from the clinic with the time and date stamp of Monday. So on top of lying on me this woman removed my children WITHOUT my knowledge and forfeited my NCI.

I want to thank cornerstone for caring after my baby when he was 4 months old. As a mother I was nervous having to start daycare so early. De De was great at making us feel comfortable and always answers our many questions and phone calls. All the teachers were so sweet to him he left everyday with a big smile. I love the app service cornerstone uses having daily updates of food and nap time was great to have.
