So crowded. But it's Houston so it makes sense.

My go to store for everything quality. Always loved Costco. This place is busy the line is long for gas but still okay not too bad. The people are nice. They manage the place so we'll even when busy. Perfect. Big costco fan. Always recommend anywhere, any city. The clear lake one has less line for gas.

Review for the rotisserie chicken and the store. It's Costco. There's a reason people pay $60+ per year to be able to shop there. But it's still worth mentioning that they have pretty good rotisserie chicken, for $5, for a whole chicken. It feels like a time warp after all this inflation paying this little for a chicken. It's not the best, but for the price it cannot be beaten. It's also worth mentioning that if you get their executive membership, if you do what everyone else does and spend way too much money there, the 2% reimbursement ends up covering the membership fee and then some.I feel a little ridiculous reviewing Costco. But I've had some terrible experiences at Kroger and wrote about them, so why not.

I'm a regular at this Costco and have always had great service but today was extra! I was walking out with a full cart and my two toddlers in 109 degree weather. One of the parking lot attendant Davieon was so gracious enough to offer to load up my car while I loaded my kids. Thank you so much! Thank you to every awesome Costco employee but mostly HUGE special thank you to Davieon. You don't find good customer service everywhere and much less amazing service like this.

This might be the original Houston Costco before they expanded into the suburbs. Located in Richmond in a pretty central area. Won't lie that this area is always a pain to navigate through though. Has everything that you may want and is still the benchmark for the other stores in Houston. I'll go visit during the week to avoid the weekend crowds.

Costco is ridiculous in general, the drivers who are going to deliver have to leave the truck keys at the facility, they even have to get out of the truck and wait inside the same way, there are several options that can be done without bothering the driver, many of us come here tired and we take advantage of the unloading time to rest, it is inhumane and they do not value our work, as I said before there are several options, we can disconnect the air hoses or drop the trailer, they have no authority to force me out of my own truck

This costco is has so much Asian snack, and pastries, oh, my god, i wish I'm living in Houston! I wanted to buy all the snack pastries as nd bring to home, but my luggage bag is already over weight. I was standing in front of the isle for so long, and my feet just can't move! If i ever move to Houston, that's for the Asian food in Costco here!

Costco has always been my go-to place for groceries. Everything over here is fresh and of great quality. I have been a Costco customer for more than 4 years and they never gave me a chance to complain. Great customer service. Good prices. Great options. The gas station is busy almost all the time hence it may take more than 15 min to refill your tank. There is plenty for parking and yet you might struggle to find a spot because its once of the busiest Costco in Houston.

Remember to bring your membership card, a card Costco accepts and, your patience. Members only and no cash, please. If you're confused, it slows us all down.
