My family’s preferred store for monthly groceries, toiletries, furniture & produce is Costco however visiting this one we found that this newly opened one year old facility in Alina is with more spacious parking lot than the Katy’s. Rest all is in as immaculate system as found in other Costco’s. Our preferred family shopping craze sets eyes on this mall for kitchen requirements, patio, upholstery& even for pants & shoes. I’m impressed by this new establishment.

The eye exam girl had a terrible attitude, I was only 5 minutes late for my appointment due to difficulty finding parking, they cancelled my appointment without any notice and told me I had to wait another hour and a half because a walk-in customer took my place and they were on lunch break, lazy and terrible service. Will never go to this eye exam center again.

I love Costco, but the soft drink machine was broken. A hot can of Dr Pepper with my pizza wasn't enjoyable. It's a good thing the pizza slice container kept my pizza warm until I bought an iced drink elsewhere.

This was not my normal Costco. It’s located in an exclusive area of Houston where the real estate was probably five times the price of other locations. The parking and gas pumps are a complete mess. The store itself was fine. I will use other locations which provide 5 times the parking area. If you live in this area I can see you going to this location.

I get my medications at Costco in Houston (on Richmond), and reaching the pharmacy by phone is really difficult. Staff will often times hang-up on customers to avoid taking calls. In the past two days alone, I have tried calling the pharmacy half a dozen times to sort a prescription issue and have been hung-up on just as many times.

This is an amazing place with a wide variety of products to choose from, making it a great spot to shop. However, the parking situation can get a little chaotic, especially during busy times. It can be a bit tricky to find a spot. Also, while the self-checkout is convenient, they could definitely work on improving the speed of the process to get customers through more quickly. Overall, it's a solid place to shop, but those two aspects could use some improvement.

This Costco is in a fantastic location with plenty of variety to offer—everything from groceries to electronics, all in one well-stocked place. The store’s convenience and selection make it a go-to spot for shopping. However, the one downside is the customer service from the employees, especially those helping with scanning at checkout. Their facial expressions say it all—they often seem unhappy, and it feels like they’re taking it out on the customers. I truly believe the clients aren’t to blame for the fact that they have to work, and a little more friendliness would go a long way.
Overall, it’s a great store for its offerings and location, but the staff could improve their attitude to match the quality of the place.

It was a good experience. I went there for the King Cake. Everyone loved it. I couldn't leave there without a hotdog and smoothie.

This place is horrible in their parking lot. The establishment is great having more variety than others but it’s a pain to come park and shop.
