No longer a fan. They have a great selection BUT they do NOT accept Mastercard. So, if you don't have a Visa then F you! Right? So, I canceled my membership. I think that excluding an entire line of payment is BS.

The store and shopping experience were fine but ...
The staff is unprofessional. Why you can state the customer was rude just because he or she did not give you a smile back. Sorry, I go shopping not go to work so I have to smile with you.
And then if you saw me did not happy, why would you not ask me what happened? Instead, you stated me to be rude...

The roof had a pocket of water that broke and water spilled onto the floor when I was getting my prescription. Gino the manager offered no help and was disrespectful, I’ll be canceling my membership.

I am so grossed out. I buy gluten-free bread at Costco. Last month, a friend got me some from this location because the Woodlands location where I go didn’t have any. There was a little mold in that loaf and I just threw it away. I happen to be in the area so I drop by the Willowbrook location to pick a few items up and grabbed some bread. I mean, I’ve been buying it for years with no problem and had forgotten about the bread from last month. I get home and open this and it is covered in black mold. Makes me want to puke. ?

The pharmacy personnel did an amazing job helping us get essential medicine when my adult son was very sick. They went above and beyond. The lady who helped us at the Gesner Road location near FM 1960 was the poster person for excellent customer service. We are forever grateful.

We get all types of products starting with veggies to electronics, milk to chips and what not. We can find furniture, branded shoes and everything....
It is an addiction for many. Bcoz many will go to Costco for small to big things.
