They tell u how long it will take to fix your car. Price is reasonable (cheap, but won't overcharge. They treat their repeat customers well. Went for an oil change and they fixed my rear light at no charge. If you live by the Hobby Airport area, check them out.

I have been going to Craft's for about 20 years now. They have always been honest and have fair prices. My father was an auto mechanic, so I know a little more about cars than the average woman. As a result, I'm very suspicious of mechanics. Craft's has won my trust. The company I used to work for has used them for their fleet vehicles for over 20 years, which is how I found them. I have compared their prices to a dealership several times and Craft's is always cheaper. I have never had a problem with any of their repairs on my vehicles. I have family members that use them now, too. The fact that they have been in business for 46 years and still are very busy should tell you something. I highly recommend them for your auto repair needs.
