I had great service! It took maybe 20 minutes to port. Make sure to have your transfer port pin. Also account number, and the pin you used. That makes it fast, and easy.

When I tell you this location provided me with excellent A 1 service. It took me no more than 30 minutes and I was in and out. They actually saved me a lot of money in my monthly phone plan. I highly recommend this location.

I give this store 10+ stars. Out of all the cricket stores I have dealt with this one is the best. They told me about deal where the others or either just taking your payment or trying to get you to spend more money. I will be coming back to this store.

Shawn is brilliant. I went to three different stores to try to get my number imported from another carrier service to Cricket and they couldn’t help me at all. I was told my phone was lock when it wasn’t. He help transfer my number and account from one service to another. I have very little knowledge when it comes to IPhones and he went above and beyond to help me setup my phone service. His staff was really cool and made my experience at this Cricket store easy and simple. I highly recommend this store if you’re having any trouble with your carrier or service
