Luis the Manager very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered competitive price prices great family plans, and have a wide range of phones to choose from. We switched from Verizon and he gave us the best deal, phones and accessories. My sister told me about this location so she referred me here. By me doing that I got $25 and my sister got $25. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Luis!!! Thank you.. 🙏🏻

BEST PLACE EVERRRRR!!! Jr is such a vibe!! Great Customer Service!! Very helpful!! This is a bilingual store so the customer service is for EVERYONE!!! It’s Nov. 2024 and they have a 4 phones for $140 I believe all new phones!! Great deal!!

I have been a customer here for years even before they were bought out. I came here Friday afternoon to get a replacement sim. I get here, explain my needs very clearly. A physical sim. They say no problem and begin process, until I stop and ask what's going on because this is not what I asked for. They try to tell me will not refund my money and they don't have sim cards, BullShit!!! I had to basically let them know I'm getting my money back period. They finally give my money up back, I leave and go one block over to next cricket store walk in tell them what happened and they hand me a new sim card no problem!!! Do not go here! Try any of the other cricket stores on Hwy 6 but not here!

This continues to be one of my favorite Cricket stores. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. This time was no different. The two young women staffers were very helpful and I felt 100% better when I left the store with my phone fully working and all problems addressed.
