About Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer
Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer provides helpful and welcoming service. Customers describe the staff as very nice, taking time with each person and having a kind heart for people with disabilities. One manager was so good and welcoming that a customer switched all lines from another carrier. Another employee took time to find a phone service a customer was comfortable with, leading to a very satisfied customer. The experience was great, with one worker giving a free screen protector and a discount, while being excellent at cracking jokes and great with people. Another staff member went above and beyond to help with a phone issue. One employee always provides everything needed, is patient, really helpful, and sweet.
