First time coming here to pay my phone bill and I was received welcomed by an employee named Arleny she was very sweet and took care of me very well. I will start coming here everytime for my phone bill as long as she’s here.

There is a lady who helped me there when my son was not here in Houston and she told me that I could please go and turn off the bill and she said that she can't give me information and I was going to lose her information I was only going to turn off the bill cricken very Arrogant, the police threatened to kill me and it was her who was disrespectful. No, I don't think people like that lady should be in a store.
