The Cricket store staff and managers made a great experience for the crowd. Staff was super friendly and enthusiastic and made the experience as a family member event. People received excellent service with quickly and professionally help and problem fix with great humor. Location has a new phone and online payments. Branch has best employee service and highly recommend. Workers attend to person with kindness that exceeds expectations and owner and workers deserve a good Christmas bonus. Service was excellent and highly recommend.
We were at an event today at the Cricket store. I was blown away by the staff especially one of the managers, Jay. He was super friendly and enthusiastic to the crowd of about 400 people.
