Soooo slow . Customer service rep took her time assisting one family and disregarded everyone in the store. Long wait time don’t bother coming to this location .

Paulina was so nice to me and gave me some beneficial information about the ACP program when I came in asking about purchasing a new iPhone for my daughter. She was very nice and had great customer service. I really appreciate that.. once I get my phone I will be back to this store for service.

Eddie @main street location , brings value to cricket brand. He should be a mentor for y'all and train mgrs plus employees that 1on1 customer support skills. It seems to be an ancient quality most retailers don't have. Keep this guy , he adds value to your company which means revenue
