Went to this location around 10:30am because Google hours were wrong. So I waited till 11. The time came and no one open, but had the open sign on. I gave it 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes and never opened or turned on the lights. I know it's Sunday but damn if yall don't want to tend to customers then close down

Went in 9/25 the female that was working had a nasty attitude. Did not listen ,to what I was telling her about my plan and service. She went into assumptions trying to answer , when I had not even finished explaining.
Of course she was wrong, my plan seems to keep changing on its own to a different level I don’t need or want.
My bill ,was adding the new line as not paid , was adding the extra amount already paid.
Bad customer service, hot as hell in the store.

very bad service, I was served today by a man who mistreats his customers a lot, and is somewhat racist, he wanted to charge me for a defective chip that I bought in this store not even two weeks ago, and he also has very bad manners when serving his customers. clients, he mistreats his clients and threatens to throw them out of his store, despite being a man of Arab nationality, he mistreats Latinos, a very bad experience in this store. DON'T COME HERE)Everything I mentioned before was true, very bad treatment from that man, confusing things and not being professional at all, it is unfortunate that people like that work serving clients, a company like this should not have people like that serving clients, that attitude is the only thing What it does is drive away your future clients. bad treatment from him, I felt very discriminated against by his attitude, I am a new customer for just a week and he has left me with a very bad opinion of that store, and equally of the company.

Cricket is my store always has been I'm new in town came to visit my son for his birthday my phone got stolen I go to the store and Danny gives me a bottle of water and a chair and tell me to sit down because I am in tears he sell me a phone set it up for me and give me a ride home with all my groceries thank you Danny you went above and beyond your duties you make sure I was okay and I appreciate it thank you for all your support ?

Very friendly service. The young lady has wonderful customer service. She dealt with my ugly attitude and my sisters bullcrap on the phone. I can't remember her name but I told her I was going to do a review and recognize her so she knows who she is. She helped me out on deals. I came In with a limit and she was sure to help me stay in under it. So pleased. I've been telling and sending everyone! Thank you for my new iPhone 11, I love it!!!!
