Don’t accept returns of accessories. It’s on the receipt but of course, you don’t get the receipt until after the purchase. Shady! I checked the corporate site. This is the franchise’s policy, not Cricket’s.Neither the product box nor the inside contained anything about the company that manufactured the product. Very weird to have no branding with a product. It's been a long time since I've seen that. Why would they sell such a product? Is this Cricket approved? How am I supposed to know who stands behind the product?
