I went to the Bellaire Cricket store to get my son an iPhone for Christmas. Stephanie and Ashley were extremely helpful!! I felt great about their knowledge and service they gave me. I would highly recommend the store!!

This place is very expensive the monthly payments the service is not very efficient as I expected other companies when they don't have a lost service they let you receive calls for what you pay here they cut off your service and on top of that they charge you dearly I want to change the plan and no They always tell me that it is the cheapest thing they have right now I am without a line OMG this is terrible the monthly payment they gave me is $68 a month right now I don't even receive calls out of courtesy, I don't even receive internet and not a single message when I connect the line I would never recommend this terrible place As soon as I can I will change without hesitation

I bought an iPhone14 not knowing it was locked so I went to return it, but I couldn’t find my card. Went home look everywhere didn’t find it. I came back and told them I lost it, they said that is the only way they can return it. They don’t have a system just to send it back to the card. The due for the phone to be return 1 day left. They said “I need to ask the bank if they give me one” everyone knows that banks send cards 5-7 business days. They just want that one day to be expired to keep my money. But thanks to the technology I set up an Apple Pay and was able to return it after 2 hours. This is my last month with Cricket because of this location after long years of being customer here. Adios.

This place has terrible customer service they picked up the phone and hung up in my face and then I called back and they wouldn't answer and it's very clear that the store is open it's after 9 AM
