Sample phones do not always work and have a password...how is it possible that as a customer you cannot test the functions of a phone before purchasing it? Let them remove them better..

Honest and trustworthy employees!! I work for METRO PCS but whenever I had a issue with a phone, I would always go to them for help. Best Cricket in Houston by far!!
