I recently went this weekend to have my lines added to new phones (already paid) and was only paying the supposed eSIM activation which is around $25 plus taxes , I only received the receipt for 1 of the activation and on the receipt it says I paid for a screen protector? And my bank was charged for 167? For 3 eSIM activation???? Then Kazim offered glass protectors to which I told him we just had gotten and installed at the place we bought our phones and proceeds to give us 3 and claims it’s for free….. be aware of what they charge you for and what your paying for and ask to see receipt otherwise you’ll get scammed like I did. If you have been scammed and have not gotten a resolution I advise that you file a complaint with bbb, ftc and fcc. Which I will be doing first thing in the morning

Got a phone yesterday. Online, it stated that it was $169 after tax. In store it is $203. I was only expecting to pay $169 I was going to just get the phone online. Because of the difference Gabriella charged me $191 and said she would give me a case if I give her a 10 in her survey report with Cricket. Today I went in to show proof. The gentleman wouldn’t call her or anything and made it seem like I was asking for something free. I have worked in cellular sales for 5-6 years as sales and as management. If I told a customer something to get a sale I would fact check and reach out to my employees. It’s just gave me a very bad taste in my mouth.

This location is open to scam customers, they have changed my monthly payment from 90$ to 173$, and also they have enrolled me in auto pay which I haven't asked for and i will never do it , they all adding lines to your plan and sell it in black market, and then they call it system glitch, it's a fraud and they keep scaming every single person going there , I am going to follow this seriously, they running illegal business. They have zero right to enroll you in auto pay without your consent and charge you extra money.

I asked for a line and they block my phone without letting me now. Then I asked them to remove the line and they did. Finally I do not have the line and they took my money for nothing.

Terrible service today I went to pay my line and the dark-haired girl who works there is bitter... they have always had very friendly girls but the one who is there today is no good for customer service
