Horrible employee named Destiny. She knows nothing about customer service and how to handle problems. Her customer service is below zero. Imagine that she is sighing while talking to customers as if she is bored making you feel you’re unwelcome in the store.
If she knows little it’s ok but to act with arrogance and trying her best to push the customer away that’s not accepted.
Cricket should hire qualified staff.

Worst customer service ever. They way worker there treated us was very rude and not professional at all. I don’t know her name and i preferably don’t want to. Don’t go there you will be treated very bad, there is one 5min away at Westheimer.

They need to fix there AC and they over charged I didn't say anything because if you need the money go head but don't be ripping people off. I know the game I work for Cricket they put you on the highest plan so they get more commission and over charge with activation fee when in reality Cricket don't charge activation fee! So take my advice and go to a cricket corporate store they won't over charge you.
