If it wasn’t for David’s knowledge and patience I would still have an old phone and would not know about the promotion eligibility I had. He set up everything so fast and answered all my questions. Store was cleaned and I honestly thought he was the manager. Will recommend!

Very bad service! They serve you while watching tik tok and talk to you as if you were asking them for a favor or for free things when the client pays for their service, it is a shocking attitude on the part of the employees ?

Dropped my new cricket phone the other day and came to this location with my mother to apply insurance to my line so that i can fix my phone and to get a case. Employee by the name of Katy assisted us and did not attempt to ask my mother if she wanted insurance on her line as well which is what we initially wanted. We then realized this later in the day and attempted to call this store to ask if both lines had insurance. In the middle of the call my mother was hung up on. She attempted to call back several times in order to talk to someone again. We then went back to the same store and was met with Katy with a horrible attitude. She kept repeating “well you should have been more specific” in the rudest tone i have ever seen someone speak to my mom to. She continued to snark and scoff at my mother until i was able to pay for the insurance for her line. I have never seen such horrible customer service skills in my life.If you ever need to go to a cricket store DO NOT go to this location.

If you are going in to this Fondren location in Houston, Texas to purchase a phone, make sure you tell them you want the protection plan. They do NOT offer it. I went in and purchased a phone for my daughter and chose the most expensive plan with two lines. Please understand, I have NO issue with our plan.Two days later she dropped it and broke the screen. Her fault. We went in thank god she dropped it because we were still within the seven day window to add the protection plans on our phones.The clerk’s name is KATY, she looked up my account and to go ahead and give us the protection plan. She only put the insurance on my daughter’s plan and not mine. No attempt to ask me if I wanted both phones insured. I just assumed she was going to put BOTH phones on the account. I was busy looking at the cases, while my daughter finished giving her the information she needed.We walked out and it dawned on me while doing errands to ask my daughter if she put both our phones on the protection plan. My daughter stated she did not know. I called the store to ask if they had put both lines on insurance. I explained the situation and she hung up on me!! I called back and she would not answer the phone! I called various times and not once did they answer! The phones were not ringing off the hook while we were there, so that is how I knew she was ignoring me.I went back to the store and asked, “Did you put both phones on the insurance plan?”She looked at me and said “No, you said to insure your daughter’s phone, YOU should have been more SPECIFIC. I said, “You didn’t ask if I wanted to insure both? There are two lines, two phones, why would I insure one and not the other?” She repeated her self, “YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE SPECIFIC,” in the rudest tone I have ever heard!In my college day I had been a retail manager. I would have fired an employee on the spot for that response and for being rude. I stated, “You have very poor customer service skills.” I am sorry but you never talk to a customer in that manner or tone. I was not rude.“Well, you should have been more SPECIFIC,” she repeated rudely. She continued to say, “You should come work for Cricket if you know so much!” We walked out. I was starting to get beyond irritated.The audacity and rudeness of “KATY” was beyond what a customer should bear. Cricket, you are going lose customers with her as an employee. This location apparently does nothing to discipline their employees since the employee feel free to treat their customers like garbage, look at the other reviews about this location, as there are multiple reviews on rude employees.Cricket you have lost me as a customer and my daughter as a future customer.

I really was liking working here but I had a situation were someone hit me from the back I took them a note because I couldn't afford to go to the ER but the note stated the dates and why I was not there but yet I still got fired don't go here the owner is not caring at all
