I am very disappointed with my experience with this place. They take advantage of people and steal their money. I visited this place to get a Iphone 13 that they are advertising promotion for $29.99. I paid $330 for the phone + case + cover.
So basically $300 for the phone. WITH 1 LINE OF SERVICE !!! ONLINE I CAN GET THE SAME PHONE 3 LINES OF SERVICE FOR $210. THAT IS WITH 3 MONTHS SERVICE!!!
I understand that the phone is not going to be $29.99 with fees but $300 for 1 month of service is high way robbery. I never recived any reciept any breakdown of charges. My boyfriend also came another day and switched phones and did not recieve any reciept. I could care less about the money so I paid. What really made matters worse is I was switching companies to get the promotion and We couldn't get ahold of customer service to get my transfer pin since it was late so the sales representative said she was going to give me a temporary number and that I could come back to change to my original number. I asked if she was sure because I really needed this number and she said it was GUARANTEED. I went the next day and the system was down, I had to come back later. I came back and was having issues getting my transfer pin. The sales rep said I can come back day after next that she was working. I could not make it due to work purposes. I then sent my bf over to get my number change after having trouble getting it from my previous phone company since I was at work. They claimed I had to pay $160 to change my number since it was already past 7 days since I bought the phone. Mind you they guaranteed me it would be change and NOBODY MENTIONED EXTRA CHARGE NOR I HAD TO COME BACK TO THE STORE WITHIN 7 DAYS!!!!!!! THEY SAW THE TROUBLE I WAS HAVING GETTING MY TRANSFER PIN. I DID INFACT VISIT THIS STORE BEFORE 7 DAYS TO TRY TO HANDLE THIS!!!! REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! NOW IM STUCK WITH A NEW PHONE WITH A NUMBER THAT I DONT EVEN WANT!!!!!!
YOU LOST A CUSTOMER ON THE FIRST WEEK I SWITCHED !!!!!!

Excellent, excellent, excellent: Joan as well as Jr are knowledgeable, patient,yet fast and very polite. Many of the cricket stores from Galleria and South Houston, and this store surplus many, many others. The one on Bellaire and Gessner and the one by 12000 Westheimer are good, too, but this one here is excellent.
