Faz was amazing, and he spoke Spanish, and he is so nice and well-mannered and highly skilled. I would recommend everyone to ask for him. He will take care of all your needs. I left a very happy customer because my wife left very happy with his service.

Por favor no agarren un teléfono aqui no Agarren un contrato con ellos es una gran estafa por favor aseguren de leer muy bien su contrato antes de firmar algo. Se hacen como que les están vendiendo una oferta buena pero no!! Very rude they like To make these fake promotions, sound good but at the end of the day, you get the shit end of the stick make sure you’re reading your contracts before signing anything I tried to return my phone and they are telling me they don’t do that but it’s all a lie. They know what they’re doing I recommend AT&T if you have good credit, no contracts and no extra fees

Beware of this location. It seems the franchise owner promotes his store representative to trick and scam customers. I came to the store to get a new SIM card for a replaced iPhone and asked the rep to change one of the phone numbers on my account. Instead, he added a new phone number to my account to charge me new activation charges, even though I was expecting to pay only $10 for the SIM card. In addition, he tried to steal $10 on my changes when I paid him cash. Both reps are the store on this visit were very unprofessional and wanted to argue with customers. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General in TX against this store unethical business.
