Unfortunately, this store did not meet basic customer service expectations. Communication was poor, staff lacked professionalism, and the overall experience felt rushed and careless. For a business dealing with expensive devices, I expected much better service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

every time i come to pay my bill my service is quick and the person serving me is so sweet this is my location when i need to upgrade to a new phone or if i need changes they are their to help assist me with all my needs
