The manager of that store when you buy a phone tells you that he gives you the protector or case for free and lies, it is included in the price. I say this because in another store I realized that it was more comfortable. I do not recommend this store.!

I was pleased to walk into the Cricket on Wirt Rd with a budget in mind, so busy and preoccupied, being greeted by two friendly faces, they listened to what I needed, presented me with a great phone that fits my needs and my budget and got me in and out within about 20 minutes...wow... competent no bs staff, attentive listeners and speedy service with a smile...kuddos, Cricket, and an excellent way to make my life easier...many thanks.

Not to be confused with (((crickets))) which is what you'll hear from Barbie when I make one of my bad jokes to her. We've been looking for a new cell phone service for a while, and even though Cricket doesn't offer anywhere near the kinds of services and standards that we're used to, we're always very attracted by their price obviously. This is the Cricket at the corner of Wirt and Long Point, and it seems like a pretty good place to get a very cheap cell phone - but on the other hand there are few issues, employee-related, but generally if you want a cheap phone (and a lot of people in this neighbourhood do), this is a great option.
