The truth is that cricket has the worst signal in the world. I only have a few months of service. It doesn't work well. I don't recommend cricket. It doesn't really work.

The worst cricket experience. I also have service with cricket. Never had a problem. Johny from this location said he could not help me. I wanted to buy hotspot for my son who's out of town. He had no empathy. Went to another location and had no problem. Need to retrain your employees. It's not what he said, it's how he said it.
