Great service at this location, but some representatives are not as great. I asked someone in this location to remove hotspot from my phone and they said they couldn't and was told I had to call another number. Went to another Cricket nearby and got it removed almost instantly. They always try to sell and promote me the same phone even though I say no every time. Overall, the location is nice and they're usually helpful.
