We dropped in from St. augustine , in town to watch the Astros, the people were very friendly, the WOD was great, and everyone made us feel at home. We were very impressed and will be back.

There the best helping me recover from a rear end car accident that someone One ran into me while I was stopped at a light. All my back right shoulder and left knee were injured badly.

Huge gym with a program to fit everyone's needs! I usually attend the CrossFit classes but at times took some bootcamp classes to spice things up a bit.Out of all the box's ive been a member of, this one packed the biggest punch and gave me the most training! Highly recommend for people dropping in from out of town and those local people looking for a new gym!

My friend & I dropped in while in town for a conference. They were quick to communicate about the drop in process & post the workout on Instagram beforehand. When we arrived, we were greeted & felt super welcomed. They were incredibly attentive and accommodating. Danny was a great coach and I felt like I left there with some solid feedback. Thanks for having us and if we are ever back in Houston, we will definitely be dropping in again!

During a weekend getaway here in Houston what's better than a Saturday morning CrossFit workout..First time visit dropping in: The communication was good with online & text. I knew what I was getting into because the workout was posted. Best part, the coaching. Danny & Lisa were a dynamic duo. The option to CF or do a boot camp workout made for the perfect options for Us. Thank you EaDo Fitness - I'll be back//

Great gym to workout in. It is in a good location right off the feeder of the freeway. It’s well insulated so it is not too hot nor too cold. They offer two different types of workout styles.

I came across EaDo Fitness when I was searching for a community gym, and right away knew this was exactly what I was looking for. I love a challenging workout and it’s more fun when you do it in a group. Their bootcamp classes are a great way to get into CrossFit and learn the proper techniques. The QuickFit classes are really great too and just as challenging as the CrossFit classes. Everyone I have met especially the coaches have been super sweet, motivating & supportive. Joining EaDo Fitness has been mentally & physically the best decision I’ve made for myself this year. A huge thanks to Coaches Lisa, Danny, Jesse, Wilmy and to the new friends I have made; they are my fitness family!

They kept terrorizing my phone and e-mail despite never subscribing, I just filled a form asking for their price. Also they charge something like $300 a month. That’s by far the most I have ever seen any gym charge and that’s without any amenities at all. None. Run away.

I joined Eado back in 2014, left in 2016 and took a few years off moving between other gyms in town. Coming back to Eado has been a really positive experience. Great programming, extremely clean gym (a feat in itself for a CrossFit gym!), and knowledgeable coaches. The class schedule has many times and class options which works well for people working non-traditional work hours.❗️Warning: Don’t underestimate QuickFit! It’s short and sweet but packs a major punch! Perfect for busy days when you need a solid workout but only have 30 min to spare!

Was trying to make an appointment and was speaking with someone thru text which is cool with me but what's not cool is when they call me at 6 in the morning on a workday to make an appt. Then then leave a voice-mail and text me when I dont pick up...blocked ?

Great experience! I came in post gaining 10-15 lbs. I had stopped working out, was out of a physical routine and knew I needed to make a change. Looked up a cross fit studio and EaDo was the best choice! Upon meeting Lisa, I knew I had put my money in the right program. In a matter of 6 weeks I was able to lose 8 lbs, I was able to get back into a workout routine, I learned new exercises and best of all....I developed new friendships. The studio strives to provide a friendly/inclusive environment. And the entire class LOVED the teaching techniques from Lisa : ).
