Love this store! They always take at least a few of my gently worn items. Staff are always really nice to me and I get a decent amount of store credit and usually find quite a few cute athletic items.

I don't know how to feel about this store. I called in twice about what was specific to sell and wrote it all down. So when I went in today, of course, I had to sign in to wait on my name to be called, which I did, and gave my clothes to the guy behind the register. I waited for a little while before he called me again and told me that their store is only looking for trends and clothes to wear for the fall season. My thing is I recalled back to the lady on the phone telling me they would accept graphic t-shirts, sneakers, casual shirts/dresses, and loose/straight pants. So, who is it that did not pay attention to what their store sells. I see nothing but shirts and other kinds of pants in there. The guy was nice and the store looked organized but having my time wasted like that is ridiculous.

Way too expensive for used clothes. I know the people that live in Rice village are rich but they won’t be there thrifting. It’ll usually be outsiders looking to take advantage of the rich folks hand me downs!

GREATEST PLACE ON THE FACE OF THIS PLANET!!!!! I just so happened to be taking a stroll by this place, when I SUDDENLY came across this ZESTY-looking GREEN and TEAL dressed doctor who was WALKING on the other side of the road!!! So, what ANY great scientist would do, I threw my well-made laboratory crystals at ‘em!! Also made my Biografts CHARGE and MAUL at ‘em!! How DARE a Lost Temple delinquent cross the same path as I, the GREAT Subspace T Mine!?!? Afterwards? Well, I FOUGHT ‘em in the parking lot. Won, OF COURSE!!!!! I didn’t really go inside the actual store tho.. just spoke to some emo-punk looking employee missing their right arm and had a name badge that read ‘Zuka’. But judging by the civilians comments on this place, I bet it’s awesome!

I don’t know about everybody else experience but for me every time I come here they buy a decent amount of my clothes! I’m always surprised when I go to the register and they’ve picked like 5 to 10 pieces. I’m also from New York and we have several locations, but the trade-in amount is much less than here in Houston! And the prices are really reasonable unlike Buffalo exchange who tries to sell you use clothes and full price.

Let's start of good. The store was clean and organized with signs. That's it. From a consumer's perspective: these prices are atrocious (not thrift prices, just slightly discounted regular price"), nothing plus size, shoes stop at 9W 11M, ugly clothes, and not rude customer service but definitely not nice. I normally take reviews with a grain of salt but the reviews here are true. I took a lot of clothes in, had to make multiple trips, and looked around the store for 5 min and thought this is just a testament to the neighborhood, ppl who wouldn't actually go to the thrift store so they think they're getting a good price. Tooooons of size small clothes so if that's you you might like here. You have to make an account to sell your stuff and idk abt yall but I'm tired of having an account everywhere I go. I waited 15 minutes for them to take 1 pair of docs (they paid me 9 dollars) and the rest they couldnt take bc it wasnt what they were looking to sell. Brand new and hardly worn clothes. I had nikes,Van's, Abercrombie, whatever. I doubt they looked through all my stuff. And no one offered to help take my stuff back to my car, it just would've been nice considering they weren't that busy.

Agree with everyone else above regarding extremely rude staff who look very unhappy to be there. It seems like they have no vested interest in the success of the store nor people trying to sell clothes. I read the bad reviews beforehand and should have the heeded the advice to not waste my time.

New Houston favorite! This fun and chill shop was a total blast to comb through. Huge fan of recycling fashion as it is one of the world’s largest polluters. A ton of gems packed into this tiny shop of well curated of women and men’s clothes, shoes, jackets, and purses. From greeting to purchase all the staff were engaging and helpful. I absolutely love it when shopkeepers take pride in their space and products. Easy to read tags, clean shop, lots of clean dressing rooms, beautifully executed displays, and well merchandised shelves. Nicely done Julian G, Aiden, Jordy, Nyne, and Julian A! I will definitely be back again soon! Bravo!

I ignored the reviews about the staff and ventured down there with a bag of clothes. I was greeted upon entry by the awesome, Jordy (sp), and explained the process. Barely any wait time to put me in their system. Super fast clothes check as well. Everyone was warm and friendly. I had a GREAT experience here and will definitely be back to shop!

Very curated selections - the price reflects that but you can definitely feel the difference between CT and generic thrift stores where you have to dig through mounds of unorganized mess upon mess. Aiden and Kesha were also absolute darlings; I don’t live close by but will make it a point to visit every chance I get ? scored 2 amazing pieces in spectacular condition at great prices today ?
