My first experience of using a storage unit went very well thanks to John! He was very helpful and informative, answered all my questions, then showed the unit, provided the map and advices about the app. Thank you, John!
The storage itself was clean and ready for my my stuff to move in on the day that I planned. They also have trolleys available for the customers, which was very convenient since my unit was on the 2nd floor. I love that you can open the gate with the app. without punching in the code.

We run a whole home generator business and we store all our inventory at 6300 Washington. During the last storm, all access and communication was cut off. We could not reach the manager or the local DM. I could not call ANYONE here locally and finally got a hold of someone at the corporate office. They were not very nice and told me because they lost power, they were mandated by local authorities to shut it down. I understand it was a major storm and communication was shoddy but someone should have been at the office to let people in by opening the gate with a manual override. All they did was put a sign on the key pad saying there was no power. This lasted to seven days and no help was available. We could not do our installs due to no access. I don’t want to waste any more time writing this as nothing will be done about it.

I needed a storage quickly and they came through in the clutch! The facility is clean and easy to navigate and the staff, namely Nate are very kind and accommodating.

Have 2 storage units at this location, and both have been broken into on different occasions. This location claims to have temperature control but our unit in the 800 building has not had AC for three + months. We tried to do work in the unit but had to leave due to extreme heat. Also, there are only 3 carts for all buildings, so you need to search the whole property for one. If you're lucky one might be available. Facility is clean and the current site manager is helpful and customer oriented.

Several of the climate controlled blocks are out for example in the 800 section. I am paying for climate control but not receiving climate control. Several times the main gate is out so you cannot enter the site. Plus with significant rental increases this past year.
