Ken and Blanca are great.
Building 4 is rat infested and it smells like urine.
The climate control is set on 80 and it is very hot in my unit.
I have complained several times and nothing has been done.

Ken & Bianca were very helpful, thorough and clear . I had to extend my parking space , no problem at all, then I later needed to cancel before end of term , again no problems whatsoever. My vehicle was safe and unharmed from hurricane Beryl . What else could I ask for . Thank you for putting up with me and my endless questions.

I am absolutely grateful I chose this CubeSmart location and extremely satisfied with the customer service and professionalism I received from both Jose and Blanca.
Jose was very patient with me and never once expressed any signs of annoyance considering all of the questions regarding my creative situation of being out-of-state. He was so professional and knowledgeable, I mistaken him as the supervisor.
I guess the myth is true that ‘customer service starts from the top (leadership)’ because I experienced the very same professionalism with Blanca (the actual supervisor/manager). She was also extremely knowledgeable and thorough while assisting me with bringing my account up to speed.
There are an abundance of storage companies to choose from; however- for me, what sets this place apart is their dedication to making each customer feel valued. I’ll definitely patronize them again and again in the future. Keep up the good work Jose and Blanca!! You all definitely deserves to be Employees of the Year!
