Christine was so amazing!! I had so much anxiety from my last storage place. I appreciate her so so much. It was very easy to set up and I got the perfect size because of her. She is so amazing. I’m glad I chose this place. This is the best place, I felt so welcome! They weren’t lying when they said the customer service was amazing because it is. Best choice!!

Ms.Christine was fantastic, very thorough and professional. Building looks well kept, building as whole smells good, super secure, floor specifics to help ensure you don’t get lost ( each floor is a different color ), great vibe all around. 10/10 would recommend!

I have to say that this location is my new home for my storage needs it is clean and very well managed. The property manager Ms Christine is very nice and friendly and respectful. She explained everything to me on the process of obtaining a unit clearly. CubeSmart should be real lucky to have a manager with all the best customer service skills to oversee this property. Please keep her around and do right by her because Ms Christine management and customer service skills is by far hard to find. Thank you so much for a job well done Ms. Christine

Needed a small storage place really quickly booked it online , called the office to discuss how to remove charge for insurance, very helpful.

I’ve been a customer here for 7–10 years, and sadly, this place has really gone downhill. You might even say it’s fallen off a cliff.
The facility smells, the doors don’t always lock, and there’s only one cart available—which is locked away in the office. Even worse, there are clearly people living in some of the units, and management refuses to do anything about it.
I’ve raised concerns multiple times, and nothing ever changes. At this point, I’m considering contacting state authorities and Health and Human Services. Longtime customers deserve better.

Greetings 🙏 I must say how very very professional Angela was towards ME...She's very kind, helpful and makes you feel welcome! I Love that she's visible in the office and always willing to assist you ❤️ and not letting you feel like you do not belongs.
