If you think customer service is not part of the American experience this will be a very pleasant surprise. I was treated like a VIP and listened to actively every concern was addressed and I was given detailed information about how to accomplish my move. I am thankful because I did not have a large crew to help me to task. This level of care and concern allowed me to make better decisions. Once again, I respectfully thank you.
