I came in today to get a unit for a short period of time the front desk agent Jocelyn was amazing. I was able to get in and out in a very short amount of time. She was thorough and made sure I had all information necessary. I think this will be a great fit for my needs and I’m looking forward to doing Business with them in the future. Kudos to the staff A+ service.

Made a reservation online on 8/2 and the email confirmation stated that the unit would be held until 8/17, there was no payment due at the time of the reservation, and my scheduled move in date was 8/17. Well, on 8/5 (3 days after making the reservation) I get an email notification that my reservation has been cancelled without any explanation. Guess I'll go elsewhere? Lol. Moving is stressful enough, what are you doing?

The staff and service at Cube Smart is 5star. I had the privilege of working with Jocelyn and Michael. This is my first time using a storage company and Jocelyn gave me a tour and help me decide the right unit for my storage. I later needed to change my unit at the last minute and Michael help me make adjustments and was so helpful to make sure I had what I needed for my weekend move. I can’t say enough how great the staff has been! Thank you for such great service! You two are the Best!

Jocelyn assisted me with moving into my unit. I called first and just as helpful as she was over the phone, she was even more helpful once I arrived at the facility. This is my second time renting double units from this particular location, I chose this location because of the staff here. The customer service not just with myself, but witness with others as well has been nothing short of exceptional. The prices and specials they have are just the icing on the cake. The way this facility is safeguarded and kept clean is by far, the substance of the cake! Ask for Micheal or Jocelyn, they’re both great and making sure you have everything you need without adding too much!

Joselyn the manager was the best, so helpful. She helped me regain access to my storage in so many ways other associates would’ve told me oh well but she really did put in a effort.
