Update 9/20/25 - entry gate STILL doesn’t work. We are still driving in through the exit gate for the climate control units. Which…with the door being wide open aren’t very climate controlled anymore. Oh, and you still can’t get inside the building unless it’s office hours. So don’t come on Sundays bc the office is closed.
Update 9/13/25 - entry gate still doesn’t work. You can drive in through the exit gate to access your unit if you come during office hours. Sundays they are closed so no access whatsoever. This is a joke! It’s been 2.5 weeks. The corporate email was sent (as in the review reply) and never heard back. They don’t care. Was told maybe it’ll be repaired by NEXT weekend. So another week to wait and see!
Update 8/30/25 - went by to access my unit during office hours and was told neither door to the climate controlled units is functional - therefore no access to the units. What a joke! A gentleman there at the same time was waiting on people to arrive to help him clear his unit and we’re both being told sorry, it’s not happening today. Office said to call before arriving, to see if access has been restored. No offer of reduced rent, rent waived for the month, nothing. Just wait and trust your stuff is fine and too bad, so sad that you can’t get to it.
8/26/2025 - The latest gate issue has me looking for a new place. I’m charged $161 a month - have always paid on time, auto draft - and yet I cannot access my unit. If you are in an outside unit, you probably won’t notice many issues. If you’re in the “climate controlled” drive thru units? Buckle up, those doors are always having issues and that’s IF you manage to dodge the people breaking into units. If it’s not the exit door being run over (again) so you have to reverse out of the building, now it’s the entry door that’s broken. Real quicker is you can’t enter the building unless the office is open bc they have to unlock the exit door to allow people to enter the building. Surprise! Now you can’t access your stuff on Sundays bc the office is closed. Thankfully I was simply needing to inventory, not remove items yesterday when I got there and discovered the keypad had a sign saying it’s out of order. Management called and said there’s no time line on when it’ll be working again so we’re at the mercy of the office being open. Forget 6a-10p access 7 days a week. You’re now down to 10a-5p Mon-Fri and 10-4 on Saturdays. But no worries! They’ll happily up continue to charge full rent for half the access and inconvenience, all while getting ready to up your rent bc (guess what?) they have to pass on the charges of repeatedly fixing these gates.

entry or exit to the “” climate control””
is always broken . so door is left open . no ac on and rats may get inside. than they advertise one month free just yo get you in . once you’re there they say if that special is over yet they keep the signed outside !

Update: called today, 09/05/25. Nancy, a supervisor, took my phone call because the other associate did not want to try to answer my questions. When she got on the phone she was already defensive knowing what my call was in reference to. My main question was why are they only allowing access during business hours for one of the warehouse doors - until 6pm. Those are working hours for most. I asked if those hours could be extended to the regular 10pm so that those of us that are trying to move out have access. There are 4 others I'm in contact with about their storage units being broken into. - She would not answer my question and argued with me rather than simply answer. She also did not know an approximate day that the doors would be working again. I was told that even with severely limited access, I was not able to have a reduced rate on my unit for this month. Everything about this place is a horror story. Yes, my drama, but no one is interested in helping in any way. My belonging have to stay there until this door issue is resolved and it is not the safest to park my car outside and walk everything back and forth to my car. It's far. So we've gone from bad to worse. 🚫👎🏻
If I could give a zero. Please do not rent here. I'm in the process of finding another storage place. My unit has been broken into twice. First the lock, then the mesh on top of the unit was cut back. This allowed the burglars to take their time to go though everything without being detected. They have not fixed the mesh on top of my storage. They said they won't fix it UNTIL I move out. ?? There have been leaks, water issues, and now I can't get to my unit with my car because the two outside doors have been slammed into once again, and are not working. You cannot drive your car in to retrieve your belongings. They have given us access to a small door where you have to park and walk all of your things outside. Rent at your own risk. Me and a few other renters think it's an inside job always at this location. A visiting DM took pictures of my unit ransacked, but as Cubesmart will tell you, they are not responsible for the locations and nothing has been done. I put some pictures here. Every box has been cut open and gone through. It's a mess.

I got a 10'x15' climate controlled unit, first the speed bumps to go into the climate control is ridiculous. I have a Nissan Altima and the speed bump is so big it hits the bottom of my car every time. I have to go in slow and at an angle and it still hits my car. Then the climate control is NOT climate control. It is SO humid in their, I complained to the office and I was told corporate has control of the temperature there is nothing they can do. The exit door to the climate controlled area was also broken open for at least a week. Then for maybe 2-3 weeks it was broken shut so the only way to exit was to reverse your way back to the entrance. When you have cars on both sides of the driving path area it can be a tight squeeze especially if you have a U-Haul. Then the unit next to mine had oil or something leaking out of it coming into my unit. I let the office know and they did go clean it up at least. and in the first 2 months of being there of course they raised the price. I was very disappointed with my experience here.

Caren and malody always have a good attitude and positive smile when I walk in to ask any questions or pay my bill Caren is always smiling and making sure I’m having a good day even before we get to paying bills and melody just always has the patients to listen to what I have to say and she is always more then happy to explain anything to me I really appreciate these 2 individuals there’s one other person that’s also extremely amazing she’s got curly hair she’s awesome she drove me all around the unit to help me find the right storage for me I pray that this gets seen and noticed

Newly rented a climate controlled unit 10 x 10 and very satisfied. Didn't hesitate to move in clean and staff is very helpful looking for the longevity of stay.
