Exceptional Customer Experience.I am a returning customer to Box Storage. When we were in need of a unit again, Box Storage is the only place I considered. Box has it all: location, price, convenience, and cleanliness. Most importantly though, the onsite team is fantastic. Miguel and Audrey know how to take care of customers. They are professional, courteous, and always willing to lend a hand. From simply holding a door open or leaving a sticky note with my name on it to ensure I am taken care of, they are proactive and provide an exceptional customer experience. Ownership is responsive and solves problems immediately. There are many storage options in the area, but Box is simply the best.

I called and got the same price over the phone that I saw online. They were more affordable that their competitors. The representative was able to help me lease over the phone. I also received a follow up call from the office of the exact rental location to provide me with details to make my move in seamless. I am impressed with Box Self Storage!

Facility is nice and so are the staff. The unit is clean and so are the surroundings.When we started to rent the unit is was conditioned at a reasonable temperature but Recently the owners have decided to increase the temperature. It doesn’t feel conditioned to me anymore. Don’t know how much longer we will be staying here.
