This store is mismanaged and unfortunately does not adhere to a CVS standard I am use to. First experience, the store was closed while store hours were listed open. Just now, I visited to return an item I bought the day before, they explained they don’t accept returns although the receipt I have explicitly states I can return items within 30 days. This is a ridiculous experience and unacceptable customer service.

The lady I think was the manager thought we where going to steal and was very rude to me and my family when. We where trying to collect pictures for passport and she told us that they didn't take passport pictures when they actually did.
