cvs advertise that they have covid tests but don't say they are not refundable. I had covid and asked a friend to pick up a 2 pac, he instead picked up 2 tests packs nearly $60. I immediately took the unopened back because this was 2 much money, they tell me no refunds but could not give a reason yet they have employees soliciting hard for monetary donations. from now on I will pass.

That is a very wonderful store, CVS pharmacy at Gray. Every team there are very awesome and take good care of their customers.

I'm not the type of person to review places but I have to say, this is one of the most hostile environments I've even walked into. The lady at the front desk yelled at a customer bc he changed his mind on what he wanted. Obviously it can be annoying but miss girls got a serious attitude problem. If ur looking for friendly people this is not ur place, get prepared for rude stares and walking on eggshells not to piss the girl up front off.

I was able to take and have passport photos printed in less than 10 minutes! The associate was so kind and super helpful! I definitely would recommend this CVS for photo services.

Service is slow, no clear line system, only one worker in the whole store, tried three different days to get a reprint for a receipt and absolutely no luck. I had to return the items at a different store because they're just that inefficient. Literally the worst CVS I have ever been to. Will not come again.

I'm very upset that online it says that Bic lighters are $1.79 in store only and that they were in fact in stock here but after going all the way there they had none. Another cvs on Richmond was the same exact problem. My normal store on milliam was the only one correctly posted online as being out of stock. I wasted my time going to these locations and unfortunately I can't afford a lighter anywhere else as I was going to use my extracare points. Thanks cvs

Lazy. For the most part.It's self service here and never customer service. Have your doctor call... no you need to call. Just laziness, if I was lazy at work I'd get fired. Maybe this store wouldn't be such a dumpster fire if they had a staff that appreciated the fact that they have a job.

so as a paying customer... i asked the pharmacist what the code to the bathroom was and he told me I have to get it from the cashier at the front which is odd lol but whatever, I asked the cashier and he told me that the restrooms are out of order. i get it when you're trying to keep the homeless out but I'm here getting stuff and spending money and needed to piss and I'm getting lied to by your employee saying the bathrooms are out of order when the pharmacist is telling me that I can get the code from the front. Clearly they aren't that out of order. this is a trash hole cvs

Came in to get a simple CVS BRAND Nasal Decongestant and the Pharmacist didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I asked her the difference between the blue and red box. No clue. Purchased to just look up myself or go to another location. Came in full military service uniform, so others noticed. And she was just blew me off when asking for assistance.

Terrible wait times in the drive-thru pharmacy. If the customer is going to take 30 mins at the window, the tech can courteously ask them to pull to the side or pull back around. People are covid testing through the window and holding up the line for people that just want to pick up meds. Ugh!

If I could give less than a 1 * I would. I normally don’t go out of my way to leave negative reviews but holy smokes. Customer service is terrible. Horrible wait times. The other day I was on hold for 27 mins before I finally gave up. I try to give places the benefit of the doubt but when the service is this TERRIBLE every single time…. Do yourself a favor, save yourself some time and take your business elsewhere

I'm a technician working in midtown, to get the people living here working service, took a break to go use the restroom and was told that there is no public restrooms at CVS, its not like I can go somewhere else, sad
