Worst pharmacy employees. Rude all the time, like they don't like their job, rolling their eyes, sighing, annoyed if you ask questions. And forget about them greeting you or cracking a smile. I stopped going to this CVS. I'd rather drive over to Walgreens or miles away to another pharmacy. Plus CVS pharmacies are more expensive than the H‑E‑B or Kroger pharmacies, so just go elsewhere!

THIS IS THE WORST CVS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THE DRIVE THRU PEOPLE ARE RUDE AS HECK. Like damn son say hello. Ain't my fault you're work here. Then I call to get my results and they also suck at customer service. Simply just terrible.

Let me let y'all in on a little secret. This CVS has THE BEST greetings cards in spanish. Like, anytime a relative gets a card from me that comes from this CVS, they are so touched they are in tears. They really have beautiful cards en espanol for all occasions: birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas... I've shopped around other stores, but this card section in Spanish is the best I've found in Houston. So para mi gente que están buscando cartas for that hard-to-please comadre, suegra, etc., go to this CVS y Mas. (Yes, that's Spanglish) You're welcome! P.S. They also have some good Mexican snacks, candies, prayer candles, lotions, etc. Stuff you can't really find at Wal-Mart. Well, unless you go to the Wally on Wayside. But that's a whole different review.

This location has gone downhill quickly. Aisles were filled with stocking items, and it was a messy store on 5/7/2021. I asked a female employee to unlock a Harry's razor box, and she responded "Im only visiting to help" and to "find other help" versus actually helping me. Then a male employee began to cut the Harry's cardboard box and asked if "it was okay to cut it?" I responded with "it's for a gift." He stopped, walked away, and finally another female employee helped unlock it. The cashier checked me out was busy talking to the other cashier not really paying attention to customers. She never asked me about my CVS card, or coupons I may have had. Transaction completed and never once did she say thank you. The manager, Mauricio Montecinos did respond to me as they always survey their customers every time you visit, and ONLY supplied an excuse for their messy store and NOT about the lack of customer service.

I have changed insurance several times in the last few years, which can mean surprise charges for medicines, etc. The staff at this pharmacy have always gone the extra mile to help me get the right price for my medications, even if it means I need to go to a different pharmacy. Today I had to get an Rx filled for my dog (lol) and they helped me find a nearby pharmacy that would fill the script for 1/4 of the price they could offer. They are always super attentive and friendly, and I’m glad they’re in my neighborhood!

Worst CVS of all. Employees ignore you until they have to attend you. Hate to go here but I travel so much and live so close to it. We need a good Walgreens to open in the east end. They also have the worst hours. Did I mention the lazy employees?

This location never opens on time. I'm sitting in the parking lot right now and there are 3 other cars waiting. It's 7:11 and the store hours are 7am to midnight. Every other time I've been here at 7 am (at least five other times) it has opened at least a few minutes late as well.

This is one of the worst Cvc pharmacies that has been visited throughout Houston. The bathroom was not for public use. The cashier not very attentive, she talked to another worker and did not answer my questions

This pharmacy has attempted to STEAL $200 dollars from me... and that's just what I've caught. They have refused to run my insurance that had covered my prescriptions at 100%. I paid $100 dollars that they had to refund when I asked my insurance for an explanation of benefits. Today, they tried to steal another $100 the same way. On Thursday they refused to fill my medication the same day (despite saying it would be done within an hour, several times). That sent me to the emergency room with a nearly deadly medical emergency. This comes a year after they put my life and my unborn child's life in danger. They would only fill half of my pain medication that was prescribed after I severed my leg while pregnant. The insurance company and my surgeon both contacted them directly. While waiting, my unborn child's heart rate dropped due to my severe pain. I was hospitalized and put on bed rest due to it. This pharmacy is playing with peoples lives. Don't let you or your family be the victim.

Very nice despite the outside. Clean well maintained. Line took forever only one cashier and way too slow.
