Understaffed. They put doctors offices on immediate hold without letting the caller respond.

I typically don't visit this CVS location, but I happened to drop by today for some last-minute items. Kiersten provided phenomenal customer service and truly went above and beyond to help me apply a coupon that didn't initially seem to be activating as I was checking out. It is so evident that she truly cares about each and every customer! I was very impressed!

I just stopped here quickly to pick up some cough medicine during lunch. Personally, I prefer Walgreens because I like the Walgreens layout better than cvs. Cvs always seems a bit dingier and cluttered. This location is convenient to my work, which is really the only reason I stop here rather than go all the way down to the Walgreens on Montrose if it's during lunch. A couple of things about this location: the front aisles are a bit cluttered and disorganized and lines can back up. However, it's easy to park here and I found what I was looking for (which actually I could not find at the Kroger by my house). All in all, it wasn't really a stand out experience, but I did get what I needed and got out of the store in about 10-15 minutes.

Very disappointed with the service here. My appointment was suppose to be at 3:00pm and it's already 4:45pm been waiting for over two hours. I literally couldn't believe it.

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. Never enough people working here...& those that do couldn't care less. (I'm talking about the store, not the pharmacy). We had a coupon ON OUR CVS APP that they refused because the register didn't automatically deduct it from the price "Nothing I can do about it". Left it there & went to Walgreens instead.

Everyone was perfectly nice but the wait time for an appointment was absolutely unacceptable. I arrived 10 minutes in advance of the time the website said to arrive by. My appointment time has come and passed - still waiting over an hour after my appointment time. I understand that it is a place in the waiting line, however there should be some amount of accuracy to the estimated times.

This review of the minute clinic is for Nurse Alexandra Hacker.. I went to the clinic because I wasn't feeling well, I thought I had the starting of the flu. Nurse Alex took care of me not only by making sure my physical well being was ok but also by checking my mental health. She took time to talk to me and really get down to why I was feeling sick. She spoke to me like a friend and was very positive with her recommendations. I left that day feeling so much better mentally. She was so nice and so very caring. It made me want to be a nurse. I went up for another check up about 6 months later and I remember how she really really helped me , and I really hope that she knows she made a difference in my life and I will never forget that. She talked me down from a very dark place. Thank you so much Nurse Hacker

I wanted to try an item that maybe not give me any rash my skin...I knew it was on sale for 2, but I only needed one. At the checkout, I give her two coupons, 30% and 40% off. She said they do not apply. I asked to talk to a manager, then she said she was the one. She insisted on her opinion that never happened at other CVS store, Which is every manager has a pass to apply any coupons if they do not show on screen at check out. I think this is her mistake because I never had this experience at CVS store. However, I have to write this here that if CVS does not want customers to use coupons, they should not let us know via emails and/or coupon center at stores. I hope this is not CVS's mistake.
