Tried to get ahold of a pharmacist to verify receipt of my prescription (the cvs app wasn’t registering it). 12:30 AM - 1:30 AM I waited trying to speak to someone. No one answered to even tell me to hold. Finally just went to bed. Will try again tomorrow. Also tried calling general store to see if there was a long line or something. It rang until the phone disconnected. Do employees just jot answer phones anymore!? Is it really not a 24 hour store? What’s going on?!

These people are extremely rude, more than twice I have been apauled at the extent of disrespect and blatantly rude and unprofessional behavior I have gotten from not only the pharmacy but the front store staff as well.

After spending the day in the ER we were discharged with prescriptions for home care. I dropped them off at this location from the drive through and was told 30 min wait. At that point there were at 5 vehicles behind me. Doing a little quick math, I told the lady working I'd hop back in the line and see her in 30 mins. When I finally made it back to the window 40 mins later I was told it was still a 30 minute wait. Unfortunately we are stuck with cvs, as insurance requires it for coverage. The only reason cvs is still open is because of slimy deals with insurance providers like this.

These people go out of their way not to help you. They are rude and unprofessional. They intentionally ignore long lines in drive through.

This cvs pharmacy is horrible! No sense of direction or urgency... went by for a simple covid test. I waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes before spoken to then after 20 minutes I was told I did something wrong on my end! I explained to the pharmacy I've done this multiple times and everything I did last time is the same thing I did this time. The lady with dreads continued to tell me I did something wrong. I went to another cvs and was in and out of the drive thru in 10 min lmao DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! The people working the pharmacy don't know how to use the tools given

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever had. I am forced to go to CVS due to insurance and this is the closest one. I will be driving as far as I need to get away from this one due to the pharmacy. I will also be writing to corporate (even if it won't do anything) due to their management. I thought I was a one off, it heard the same has happened to other friends that go there. They will leave you with an expired prescription and take you off meds cold turkey. I submitted a refill multiple times, visited to pick up 4 times and each time they told me they never got my refill order. A week off my medication I called and went through 15 minutes of their phone recording to get to a person. For three months my doctor was telling them I needed to come in before she could refill. They NEVER told me this all the times I reached out to them. The guy was a JERK and rudely told me it was in all the paperwork they staple to the last refill. THERE ARE TONS OF DOCUMENTS ATTACHED! The medication they did this with you SHOULD NOT go off cold turkey. It was very scary and dangerous.They also are incompetent, I do not know if this is because of their processes, training or software...I do not think it is (all) the people. Plan to spend a half an hour in line inside or at drive thru even if they have tons of staff. Also don't expect ANY privacy. Standing in line you will hear the staff very loudly talk about the prescriptions, their insurance and more. Last location, expect all the moms from the nearby schools using the parking lot for pickup during certain hours or tons of middle school kids taking over certain aisles. When that is not happening, expect to get accosted in the parking lot by the same vagrants everyday. They will even be knocking on your windows while you sit in the drive thru.SAFETY IS AN ISSUE HERE FOR YOUR HEALTH!

Standing in line at the pharmacy at 1:30 in the afternoon to pick up a prescription. Clerk called the lady in front of me over then announced they were closing for lunch for 30 minuets and literally shut the pharmacy gate in my face.

This is the worst pharmacy experience I've encountered. So by 24 hr, they mean they have one worker at 10 for pickup. The line of 14 only seemed to grow. I know 24 hr pharmacies are hard to come by, but it's worth a drive to find a real one that isn't one person.The only shining light was the worker was really trying to work hard to help people; this is definitely a CVS problem not a single employee problem.

The technicians and pharmacists at this location have the worst attitude and treat customers like they are a nuisance. They don't recognize that most people are visiting them because they are sick. There is no consideration and after a few visits we have started to doing home-deliveries of our medicine so we can avoid the unpleasantness.Don't be fooled by the 24hr availability. They will make you wait and wait and then treat you like crap.

Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru before the pharmacist told me that she was closing the drive thru to wait on other customers inside, and for me to come inside. Very poor customer service and this was at 6:00 am

la-z.When I ask where something is I don't want an aisle number, all that stuff looks exactly alike. It's 50 feet, do you mind terribly walking over and pointing it out?Come to find out that the item that I was seeking had only one maker, and it was pulled from the shelf due to a recall at the factory, and the lazy guy that sent me over there knew it already. WHY NOT JUST TELL ME WHEN I ASK WHERE THE PRODUCT IS LOCATED? Helllllllloooooooooooooooo?
