Horrible merchandising. Horrible managemnt. Horrible unfriendly staff. A third world pharmacy at best. I go here because it's convenient and open late. literally no other reason would I ever visit. The broken window theory is on full display.

I couldn't agree more with Fox E. This CVS store at the corner of Richmond and Sage is not the most desirable place to shop. Considered its location near The Galleria, which should be influential but it's the opposite. I frequent here after my gym workout at 24 Hour Fitness across the street. OMG. One time I was here at midnight but the door was closed shut. I asked a security guard at the door, "why closed? Isn't this 24/7?" Oh wait, he was not the security guard. "I don't know..." and he walked away. Yesterday, I came here to get some shampoo because I desperately needed it. There was a homeless woman hovering at the shampoo aisle not sure for how long. I waited about 10 minutes for her to finish "sampling" the fragrance. Finally, I rushed in to grab what I wanted and she mumbled something then rushed out of my way. I sent a Medalia survey to suggest CVS should put the same brand of products in one section. Men's Dove shampoos are on opposite end of the aisle which should be below the regular ones. I searched all over the places. It was hard to locate it because of illogical placement. After I left the store, I rubbed my hands with hand sanitizer profusely. The aisle needed a good sanitizing for sure.

This is the best pharmacy in all time. They refill Rx's in a timely manner. The staff are respectful, they answer all questions and concerns to the best of their ability. I have not had a better experience elsewhere. Thank you.

(Translated by Google) I was disgusted to see how a cashier treated an elderly customer badly, for not understanding him when he spoke to him in English, when she sees herself as of Latin descent and she herself is dark-skinned and then I heard her speak in Spanish, I asked many unnecessary questions in English, speaking quickly so that the man would not understand and acting annoyed; This was in the morning, I have been to this pharmacy regularly and everyone is very kind and helpful, but in her case it was very noticeable that she did it to make him feel bad, I just had to charge him, it was not necessary to treat him like that, (Original) Me dio asco ver como una cajera trataba mal a un cliente de la tercera edad , por no enterderle cuando le hablaba en ingles, cuando ella misma se ve de ascendencia latina y ella misma es de tez morena y despues la escuche hablar en español , le hacia muchas preguntas innecesarias en ingles hablando rapidamente para que el señor no entendiera y actuando molesta , ; esto fue en la mañana , yo eh ido a esta farmacia regularmente y todos son muy amables y serviciales , pero en caso de ella era muy notorio que lo hacia para hacerlo sentir mal , solo tenia que cobrarle no era necesario tratarlo asi ,

Ok so leaving a bad review wouldn't be fair because we are in a pandemic right? No. Waiting 10 mins at the window to just be acknowledged and then 15 more mins JUST TO PICK UP A MEDICATION THAT WAS READY THE DAY BEFORE.. ridiculous. Even if we are in a pandemic that doesn't mean customer service or the consideration of people's time goes down the drain. I regret having my medications here.

I am 3 month pregnant and was told by someone with a green shirt , she looked like a manager that the restrooms are not working. I needed to get buy some stuff after that response I didn’t want to buy anything from there.

Very poor customer service. They would not accept a prescription that I have been filling there for over 3 years because it was a paper prescription. Pharmacist have no clue what they are doing.

Pharmacy personnel are rude and not helpful. Stopped in with a simple prescription to fill from out of town. Said they didn’t have time to help me. Unbelievable how poor service has become. Asked for manager and the pharmacy manager was even more rude than tech. Said I should go to walgreens because she was too busy to fill my simple prescription.

I was having trouble at the photo station and Ebony came to the rescue. She sat with me and kept trouble shooting with me until we were able to print my pictures. I am a teacher and the prints were pics of my students for a bulletin board- so very important to me.. and the kids : ) She was awesome! Thanks Ebony!!!

So far…..on hold for 25 minutes. Haven’t even spoken to anyone. Severely ill child and need info on his medications. Awful service. Inexcusable. Now 30 minutes.

Love my near Cvs place and pharmacy. The pharmacy department are great and fast! Very professional. They also help you out with prices on prescriptions. The store need to improve on helping customers more. Just because you have the express machines now, does not mean Y'all get to disappear. Thank you and hope y'all do better.
