Customer service was not good. I was waiting for someone to be at the register to because not all coupons work at the digital cashier. So I had to find the worker, and she was annoyed that she had to go to the front to help me and the other gentlemen. At least CVS had wanted I needed, I guess.

For years now CVS has been serving our needs with the Pharmacy over the many years the persons @ Pharmacy have been always Kind and Helpful. We would NOT CHANGE now.

It happened last week i be a 4700 kirby's cvs and look for something to make moist in the room ,i ask the staff at pharmacy ,a nice lady name lule walk with me in 3 part of store show me diferent items who can make moist in the room And patiently explain to me how it work ,thank you Dr lule,you are awesome

This is the absolute worst CVS pharmacy now, if they aren't closed for lunch they are days late filling a Rx. I don't understand how there are 6 people working in the pharmacy and EVERYONE goes to lunch at the same time. I went to pick up a Rx that should have been auto filled days ago and it wasn't ready. The cynical person at the window preceded to tell me that that it wasn't ready and that they would be going to lunch in 15 minutes and didn't have time to fill it beforehand. I called back 3 hours later and the Rx still hasn't been filled and the RUDE girl that answered the phone couldn't be bothered to help and passed the phone to another person who didn't have a clue. Smh

They're always losing my prescription or having something happen and then making up some excuse about my doctor not sending in the prescription. Last time, my doctor forwarded me his prescription order confirmation and instead of owning their mistake, they took their time looking at the confirmation and trying to come up with another excuse...

Overall not a bad local CVS/Pharmacy to buy things but my god, corporate need to care about their employees more and hire a cleaning company to help clean. They cannot possibly do all the work with little staff.

Quick, efficient, professional, caring, and helpful. I had to pay out of pocket for a medication because of some issues with the insurance policy and the prescribing doctor. The staff here were so sweet, helping me find an alternative with some much appreciated discounts.

I am currently in the drive thru lane where I have been waiting for FOURTY MINUTES for the SECOND day in a row. I gave up yesterday and thought surely it can't be this terrible two days in a row. I watched 6 people get waited on at the counter and hit the call button 3 times before getting any service. My leg is injured otherwise I would have gone inside. It never used to be this bad but they need to figure it out

Not always 24 hours. Employees decide when they don't want to work by putting hand written signs in the door saying closed.

Best place for infant passport photo! Tech was super patient and nice with my 5 month. Took us several shots but finally got a good one. Not many places are great with infant photos but this is the place to go.

There's an odd feeling about walking into a franchise of this size and seeing only one employee in the whole place. Other than that, you find what you need, checkout and it's all good. Everything about Houston is great including this CVS.

Not the best costumer service. The night crew is rude, and made no effort ti help me with my questions not to mention that ask if I could use the bathroom and they were "Closed" So as fat as costumer experience they FAIL in bold print
