Rude night crew. Asked for help finding an item and was met with nothing but disrespect and attitude. Excuse me sir but it's your JOB to help me find something if I'm not sure where it's located. Ridiculous.

Will be switching to Walgreens. I was told through the app that I needed to call the pharmacy if I wanted my prescription delivered so that's what I did. A lady named "Jen" answered with an attitude. I told her that I was calling so that I can request to have my prescription delivered. She rudely said "you need to go on the app and do it. I have customers and we are about to close. Go on the app or call back tomorrow". I did call at 7:40 and after making the phone call, I saw that they closed at 8pm. I understand it's 20 mins before closing but, that's no way to treat a customer. She needs to learn a thing or two on how to give average if anything customer service.

The pharmacy service is terrible!!! I went to get some insulin syringes but I couldn't remember the size. The BLONDE woman at the consultation window was unable to help us. She in a very rude way she said that she couldn't show us anything because she had a whole wall of Syringes, she needs to study customer service.

This store really helped out in a bind. It is a regular CVS that sticks the usual items found at any CVS, but this store is open 24 hours which is more rare. One star off was that the item I wanted was not there. Only an empty shelf with a price tag. And it was not a rare or limited item (not baby formula). Large parking lot and the store is at the corner of Gessner and I-10. Will return

I have to say this review is not related to all CVS Pharmacy locations, but is absolutely the WORST customer service experience on the planet. It is so sad that people care so LITTLE about serving people that require medication. I used another CVS at the corner of Westheimer and 610 and NEVER had one single issue. Not one in over 5 years. I move to Spring Branch and now I have issues getting my medication filled every month. Today was the end of my using this establishment. I take blood pressure medication every single day and get it filled every single month. The medication that works for me, is not covered by my insurance. Yeah that stinks but thankfully the drug manufacturer provides a coupon to take the cost from $574/mo down to $85/mo. I have to renew the coupon every year but it covers the rest of the cost. EVERY single month it is like I have to explain the process again. EVERY month. I need a double dose of my blood pressure medication just to get it filled. Today they tell me it won't work. They can charge me $574 for brand name or $178 for a generic. What makes my heart ache is there are a TON of people that would just not battle with the incompetent people. In the beginning of the call I was nice and said you must be entering something wrong and she was EXTREMELY rude and told me she knows what she is doing. I requested to speak to a manager and she said the manager is busy. I said I will hold. She left me on hold for some time and then came back and said she got it to work, it will be ready in an hour and hung up on me. Shame on a group of people that support employees talking to customers like this. I will be calling the CVS corporate office tomorrow as soon as they open. SHAME on you!

This is one of the worst CVS pharmacies that I have ever used. No matter one time I go there is always a line and a problem. Today, I was told that they would only see the last person that was there before 6. I was unaware of the time and then was told that I was not there before 6. I understand that the register may shut off at a certain time but from a customer service stand point try to service as many people as you can. I was only there to pick up. I could have paid for my prescription up front. Now I had to make another trip here because of 2 to 3 minutes.

I just recently tried the pharmacy and they did a good job which moved my rating to two stars. I typically don't use them as I just don't like to go in the store. The non-pharmacy help are not particularly friendly or helpful. I use the self service check out stations. Plus their prices for general goods are amongst the highest I've encountered. I recommend the pharmacy, but not the rest of the store.

I just came to get my sister vaccinated and received the worst customer service ever... the pharmacist responsible for the vaccines humiliated us and was rude. Everyone asking citizens to get vaccinated and when we walked in she literally made us leave. She screamed at us saying that we had to wait 45 min and that we had to stay there... when deciding whether to stay or not she was even worse, she asked us to leave because "others" were waiting when there was no one waiting. Because of people like her is that some people are not getting vaccinated and we need to get people vaccinated!

Poor poor pharmacy customer care! They don't have the most basic antibiotic in stock Telling me that I personally have to call around to other CVS pharmacies to see if they have it, that their system doesn't allow them to look to see if there's any in stock at other locations...I call bull on that! How are these drug stores not connected in this day and age?! Called Walgreens No problem...they had what I needed... Switching my pharmacy to Walgreens!

I've been a customer for over 20 years this is the first time I've experience bad customer service I went to go pick up a get well card for my uncle. And the employee name mark had told me they didn't sell any cards and I told him it was placed online and he gave me such a nasty attitude. I was being so polite to him thinking he had a bad day. However he still proceeded to mumble under his breath. And he didn't even give me a envelope to put my card in even though it's included. I'm so disappointed in this how does cvs even hire people now a days with such low customer service.

Went here for a flu shot and pre-registered on my phone, but I was more or less a walk-in. They seemed super busy, but I was taken care of almost right away. The girl who checked me in was very nice. I was told I'd have to wait about 30 minutes, but I probably only waited 10. The pharmacist was friendly, fast, and I didn't even notice my injection. This is a good place to get a flu shot if you need one.
