If I could give this 0 stars I would. The "manager on duty" Laura I believe is her name, a white heavy set short lady, has harassed my children not once but twice and myself. She has no respect for customers. I literally had the worst experience and felt so unsafe for me and my kids as she yelled at my son and then yelled at me. She also stepped around the counter like If she was going to hurt me. The only helpful people that tried to make my experience genuine was the pharmacy staff a young gentleman and Sarah. I hope cvs fires Laura because she was out of line and it seems she hates children. She does not belong in customer service and sure as hell not a manager. Please CVS watch the video and see that she should be responsible for her treatment towards my kids and me. I'll be waiting for an in person apology from her and cvs for the emotional trama that we have been put through.

Do not fill your prescriptions here. The pharmacy continually forgets to activate the automated text system, so instead of getting the "your prescription is ready for pickup", you get nothing. When I call in a day or so after my prescription was due for pickup, I get the same lie of "the prescription was out of stock", but then they manage to have my prescription ready the day I called and apologize. This has happened 10 out of the last 12 months. Use a more competent pharmacy and save yourself the trouble.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is absolutely horrible, and the drive through takes a very long time, even though the entire point is to speed the process up. And this has happened on multiple occasions. A very negative experience.

\"Koy\" in the Pharmacy of your San Felipe location in Houston, was exceptionally helpful in getting Bristol Myers to continue my Wife Sylvia's exception for her Eloquis prescription, resulting in great savings until 2025.. He was very courteous and spent the necessary time on the phone to Bristol Myers.\nHe sets a good example for his staff.\Gratefully, her husband

Not sure why all the low reviews on this store. Do they always get it right? No. But it's the standard run of the mill CVS. No problems over here.

Cashier LAURA is a rude a$$ racist "WORKER" who hates her job.Not my fault you hate your job. You hate it, than LEAVE. This lady LAURA kicked me out because she didn't want to do my return and was upset that I knew CVS's policy better than SHE DID-worked at CVS myself for almost 6 years. Already contacted the district on her. If i don't hear back in 24hrs, i will call everyday to complain on how rude this lady was to me.

One star because zero isn't an option. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this issue has happened. This time I decided to try contacting CVS corporate support to see if anyone upstream cared to help. They did not. I called shortly after the location opened and spoke with a pharmacy employee who said my prescription was not ready yet and I could come pick it up after an hour. I waited two hours and went to the drive through to pick up my medication. I'm told that the location is out of stock, again, and that they would not be able to fill the medication for three more days. Nobody contacted me to tell me this, not that they ever do. I'm left to have to locate another location that is not out of stock and have my doctor send the refill request to the location with stock. The catch is - they refuse to tell you which locations have stock. They can see which locations have stock but will not tell you and if you call the other locations they will not tell you either. It was suggested that I drive to the locations and ask in person if they could fill the prescription in person prior to having the doctor send the refill request. I called my doctor to move the refill request all right - to H-E-B pharmacy where we never had this kind of ridiculous run around. Don't waste your time here. They don't value it.

Earlier today I purchased Orange juice from a CVS. About 10 minutes later, I realized the orange juice had expired and because I was in a different area I had yo go to another CVS which this at this location. I walked in and there was already one older gentleman in his 80s standing in line. No employees anywhere to be found for about three minutes. The older gentleman decided to walk down the isles to find someone. He located an employee. The employee looked aggravated and never opened his mouth to the gentleman. He walked past the gentleman and behind the counter and then he came back around the counter to help someone who in self check out. The older man asked where do you want me, the man pointed and walked back around to the counter. He helped a gentleman and then I went up to the counter and said I just purchased this orange juice and it's expired. "I can't except that!" I asked him what is your reasoning? He pointed at a policy lying on the counter that stated that CVS has the right to refuse refunds for personal items or health items. Orange juice is neither and I told him that. He told me "keep reading!" I purchased two small orange juices and went to the original location where I purchased the juice from. The manager there said that I could have returned the juice at the San Felipe location. It's only orange juice but I'm disgusted by this man's behavior. Not only was he disrespectful and rude to the customers that needed help but he also flat out lied and disrespected me and inconvenienced me greatly.

Review of the store not the pharmacy itself. There is a wide selection of product. Love that their holiday section wasn't cleared out yet for the clearance sales. There is only one cashier/employee I've seen during my visit. But he's very attentive/friendly if someone needs to check out. They accept Venmo/PayPal; it just takes a little time to process. They also have 2 self check out machines, but one of them is only working right now. For the most part, they do a good job posting deals offered weekly. There's a few missing here and there but 95% of it is there. You can always ask the employee if there is any deals on the product. The coupon center is the newest I've ever seen (basically a computer)! The CRTs print on the receipt paper and not normal CRT paper.
