This target cvs is awful. 3x time coming here for prescriptions.
My husband uses this pharmacy due to it being closer to us but its time to change that. it’s just awful they always no matter what time you get there only have TWO people working there. Theirs always people waiting and theirs always a wait they have no sitting areas for the people waiting and it’s gets bad when people are trying to walk around you.
The African guy (I apologize did not get his name) was so kind and nice to the people in front of me and for some reason his tone changed with me? He didn’t even explain to me about the medication HOW to use the medication like pharmacies usually do (I heard him explain the medication to the people in front of me though) we got home to look at the medication and we didn’t even bother taking it I spent my money for nothing because he didn’t explain how to use it if he would’ve I would’ve rejected the medication instead of spending my money.

I never got the gentleman's nae that got me in touch with the pharmacist, but he and Patricia were so kind, efficient, diligent, and patient while helping me out. I'd left a few vms but I wasn't able to get through or stop in due to my work schedule. I work and live primarily out of the states so I try and get all the medication I need before leaving the country since i'm not ever sure when I will return. Any how they were so thorough getting all my info, and just delivering the best world class customer service one could ask for. I appreciate when professionals, especially in healthcare still know how to be kind and empathetic while delivering exceptional service and just doing their jobs. This was an issue that was not necessarily on these two employees nonetheless they were quick to act and help me. I was provided a turn around time, and all the necessary info to set expectations. They made the most hectic part of my morning seamless and I know this is long but I truly wanted to convey my appreciation and thanks. target take care of these employees and give them their due because its staff like these two that keep me shopping at target no matter where I am in the world <3 .

I have been going to this pharmacy for the last 7 years or so. The service is excellent. Linda and Fatima always greet me with a smile and offer to review prescriptions for any manufacturer discounts etc. The location is busy however that is par for the course because they are in Target, near schools, West Houston hospital and in a highly populated area.

Tried to charge me $1120.00 for an $18 prescription. Then said \\\" you really should go to Walmart, its much cheaper\\\". What a joke. Avoid this place

Have been coming here for years, always friendly and speedy service. They go above and beyond just because sometimes, I appreciate it because unfortunately I’m always filling prescriptions lol.

Not to be confused with CBs which is an outlet that sells CB Radios to truckers - a hell of a lot better than this place if you ask me. CVS is just way too expensive, and I know that and everybody knows it, but we still end up coming here for things such as hair dye and agave and all kinds of makeup and stuff, the kind of things you have to buy regularly for your Barbie (or my Barbi in this case), so it's anyone's guess why we do end up coming here.

So I would like to thank Mrs Amy that works at this location Eldridge and Westheimer. She is very professional and patient, especially with me. She's helped save me money on 2 visits when most technicians would just let me spend more money than I'd have to, believe me it's happened more times that I'd like. So thank you Ms Amy, thank you for you professionalism and kindness. Please keep that attitude for grumpy people such as myself, you really made my day.

Pharmacist made mistakes, very disrespectful and kept making mistakes with my prescribed medication's. Horrible feeling being treated that way. Text telling me my meds are ready, take off from business to pick up only to be told 5 more times its not ready. I almost had to go to E.R and lost a client, due to their negligence texting me and telling me my meds were ready and to come pick up. A Pharmacy tech got an attitude with me hung up on me after giving me her name so I drove to CVS and asked for her. Recognized her voice because my business line records and she insulted me, lied about her name then tried to get the wonderful manager to call cops on me the manager fired her. Being a pharmaceutical tech..that was mortifying. Beware.they filled my husbands controlled substance medication 5 days In advance per SHERRI a pharmaceutical tech who was inappropriately hitting on my husband. They filled MY prescription A DAY IN ADVANCE AMD WOULD not my life saving meds until the day after. My fills my meds 4 days indininindinin advmany. I'm being hatedpharmicist is very condescending, insultitive . by professionalby professional I've seen this happen to many patients there. The pharmacy needs a major upgrade
