Went into the store two guys standing in the front looking clueless and didn't know anything to what i was asking..finally Paul comes out and his is just as clueless as the two employees Tammy is this the type of store you running poor customer service skills!!!!! At least get your managers trained to be successful leaders because you are failing in that department! A store where the blind is leading the blind

store # 19 - 3850 fm 2920 - springcov-19 antibody test scheduled for 12:10. arrived 12:30 - store empty. lisa williams canceled test. she, rude and idle ! she called 3 times morning of test, not giving reason of call to me, husband of wife to be tested ! i agree and understand that ! in last call she hang phone on me !lisa williams - not contributing to america.... doing only the very minimum.... milking the system !

Now I would love to know who runs this place! the pharmacy is closed and it's after 8am in the morning what time does this pharmacy starts their day!! the other day I stood at the front of the store for 10min before someone check me out! Come on CVS Get it together!

Pharmacy Hours: posted sign close 8pm. It's 7:42 drive through closed. Walk in. Counter closed. Why I don't understand.
