Worst CVS ever! I have been going to this CVS for over 20 years. I don't know who is in charge there, but their customer service absolutely sucks. Completely rude over the phone. They act like they don't need Customers. So completely disappointing. Their drive-through takes a ridiculous amount of time. I waited second in line for 15 minutes. I ended up leaving without my prescription. If they are going to do Covid testing through the drive-through, they need to come up with an alternative plan for those who just wanna pick up their prescriptions.

Worst Manager on duty she is so rude!! Why come to work if all you're going to do is be on your cell phone and stock...she won't even let you ask a question before telling you to go ask someone in the front when she is in the area I have a question about! She is the worst and laziest person I've ever seen there and shouldn't be a manager. She's on duty right now at this location 7/4/2022 @ 1:55pm. I can't even post unless I rate them at least 1 star I want to give them NO stars!

Very frustrated in this location. They sold a defective product and within 5 minutes of purchase I told told them they were defective. They could not refund my money. Manager on duty and told me to call CVS but then proceeded to tell me that I could be on hold for 2-3 hours though.\\n\\nI will not return to this location as they have terrible customer service.

This is the WORST cvs location! They don't open on time and will have you waiting nearly an hour to open. I called while standing outside and the worker told me they were having electrical issues and I told him I'm standing outside & the lights and everything seemed to be working perfectly fine. Still refused to let me in. Also, this location closes like 15-20 minutes early and they will straight up look at you and tell you no from coming in. My advice: GO TO WALGREENS they actually know how to open on time and close at the allotted hours. I've had enough with this location. I'm contacting whoever I need too because this is ridiculous.

Well, they screw up again. I have been a customer for more than 20 years. My health conditions require a fair number of long term medications. Over the last year the pharmacy service has deteriorated to the point that I expect some snafu with every refill. Telling me auto refills are not due while I am holding the bottle showing the refill date occurred a week before. Claiming they had not received a prescription when the report from the doctor's show that it was sent to the pharmacy. Shorted pill counts, and once, even the wrong medicines. I don't if it is incompetence, short staffing, or just "don't give a damn". Either way, it is not good....... and never their fault.

I went to this pharmacy twice because they couldn't find my prescriptions, decided to cancel prescriptions after all that mess. I don't understand how I would get a call that they have them ready but they have no prescriptions TWICE. Also customer service is terrible. So sad I have to take my business somewhere else because this was closest to me.

Ordered $6.99 photo book on line. What my husband picked up & brought home was $3.30 worth of prints with instructions Inside to CVS employee on how to put the photo book together, but there was no book. I took it back to the store to simple ask them to complete the book and I'd pick it up tomorrow. No big deal.....it slipped through the crack....maybe a new employee......no big deal, right....I was fine, all was fine until the Manager (I think ) got involved. OMGosh! He was unbelievably rude, defensive, AND couldn't find the book needed for my photos. Truth is there were boxes, papers, other "stuff/junk" piled up all over the photo department making it impossible for anyone to fill any photo orders. Maybe this guy was having a bad day & I was just there at the wrong time. Regardless, life is too short y'all. Especially when there's competition down the road.

Beware! This store is robbed frequently. Last time on Friday and their corporate headquarters refused to do anything. The experiences listed on Facebook are horrific and a lot of people have said it's just too dangerous.

If I could rate lower than one star I would I drove out of my way to come here and was treated so poorly! Austin really does not know what customer service is!!! He was beyond rude and had a horrible horrible horrible attitude for absolute no reason! I come to CVS a lot and being treated like that I will stop coming it's not my fault the guy doesn't like his job. As I was leaving I said bye and thank you and he just gave me a ugly look and walked away.. I'm livid. One thing I cannot stand is being treated like that for no reason... SAD.

Every time I come pick up my prescription I always have problem always. I been coming here for years and all the time we don't have your insurance on file. Really, I just pick up my diabetic medication last month and the month before that and each time i give you my insurance card to put on file. Why dont ya call that ya dont have insurance on file so when i come to pick up my prescription it can be ready go so i dont have to fight with ya. Its called courtesy to your customers. Ya diffently need more training. I don't recommend this pharmacy. I differently need to find another pharmacy fast.

Store was kinda a mess but I was more bothered by the the employees screaming at each other bursting through doors without an excuse me. Very unprofessional. I dint know if it was a discipline thing happening or someone just telling one of the managers off.

I come to this store very often and today was the worst day. Austin was very rude and doesn't know anything about customer service. While I was there another lady left the store unhappy with Austin too. I hope today was only a bad day for Austin if not he has to change his actitud with customers.
